A. T. Training & recruitment offers a wide range of child protection and safeguarding training courses for anyone who works directly or indirectly with children and young people at risk, to help grow work based knowledge in safeguarding.
All courses are developed and delivered to you in your workplace or place of study and are tailored to meet the audience to which it is being delivered. Our courses are in line with the latest government guidance including Working Together to Safeguard Children 2015.
All courses range from half day sessions up to 3-day courses and are fully interactive and informative.
Staff will have opportunities throughout the training to review their judgement and discuss with other trainees their reasoning behind decision making. Staff will leave at the end of our courses, with extensive knowledge and skills in safeguarding children and young people. Support is also available following our training courses.
