We are leading global trainers in the evolution and future of green mental health care and trainers of Forest Bathing Guides and Forest Therapy Practitioners internationally. We are highly experienced practitioners and researchers, with multidisciplinary expertise in psychology, social work, health promotion, mental health recovery, and experts in the field of nature and mental health. Our trainers have trained individuals in over 40 countries and 6 continents. We specialize in designing nature-based interventions for positive mental health, delivering nature-based workplace well-being, and facilitating nature and wellbeing programmes. We work with governments, universities, health, and social care providers, and work on a number of European research projects.
