Who Should Attend:

  • Combined HACCP and Food Safety Advanced Level 4 course will give you a 2 in 1 qualification that is unique to STC.

Holders of the qualification will have the knowledge necessary to be an integral part of a food business and related industries, such as packaging, storage & distribution. The course is designed so that the introductory elements cover Level 2 and the first two days allow achievement of Level 3, with the remainder of the course taking the delegate to advanced Level 4 understanding and capability.

  • STC Auditing & Inspection Level 3

This Level 3 course will qualify you as a 1st party internal auditor and a 2nd party supplier auditor. It is a useful precursor to becoming a 3rd party Lead Auditor.

This course is applicable to any and all industries that need to comply with specified standards and mitigate risk by checking compliance through auditing and inspection.

  • Cleaning Technology & Control – Level 3

Developed in collaboration with Ask-Sonia Ltd., this Level 3 course will qualify you as a Cleaning Technologist and will enable you to carry out cleaning risk assessments, develop cleaning procedures and carry out cleaning.

This qualification covers the main principles of open plant/equipment, facility and utensil cleaning and disinfection and is applicable to any and all industries that need to comply with specified standards and mitigate risk.
