The Personal Success Academy is part of The Academy Group of companies headed up by CEO Bev James.

Bev is well known for her work with The Coaching Academy, a company formed in 1999, which has grown to be the largest coach-training provider of its type in the world.

Since 1999, The Coaching Academy have delivered free introductory coach training days to thousands of delegates in addition to formally training those who go on to add coaching skills to enhance their current job and those who go on to become full or part time professional coaches.

Even though a great many people go on to become professional coaches, there are many more who attend our training events who do not wish to invest in a Diploma course. They often leave with a thirst for knowledge and a newfound desire for personal development which is exactly why The Personal Success Academy was formed.
