The Institute of International Retail (IIR) is a specialist provider of e-learning retail training courses.  We are the sole provider of the Duty-Free World Council Academy (DFWCA) – Certificate in Duty-Free & Travel Retail.We work principally with the duty-free and travel retail sector.  We also design e-learning training solutions for businesses within the retail sector.

The DFWC Academy and the Certificate in Duty-Free & Travel Retail will be officially launched by IIR at the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition and Conference in Singapore 12th– 16th May 2019. The first course will commence in September 2019.
