Description:

Our vision at #TeamADL is ‘everyone thriving in education, employment and life”.  Fundamentally we work in two sectors education and employment.

Our work in education is focussed on developing staff, driving and implementing change and capacity building.  We work with all staff in schools, multi-academy trusts, federations, independent schools and local authorities. Our focus is special educational needs, disability and inclusion for all. We deliver training, coaching and consultancy services.

In the employment sector we enable the hardest to help into paid employment and beyond.  This includes us working with employers and individuals with a disability or learning difficulty, as well as care leavers.

  • Managing Difficult Conversations in Education
  • Provision Reviews for Inclusion: Training the Lead Reviewer (Early Years and Schools)
  • Provision Reviews for Inclusion: Training the Lead Reviewer (Post 16/Further Education)
  • Line Managing a SENC (SEND Leader)
  • Advanced SENCO


Who Should Attend:

  • Provision Reviews: Training the Lead Reviewer for early years and schools – SENCOs and any member of the senior leadership team
  • Provision Reviews: Training the Lead Reviewer Post 16 – Leaders of SEND & Inclusion, Senior Leaders and Governor
  • New to SENCO – Anyone in their first or second year of being appointed a SENCO as well someone about to be appointed.
  • Managing Difficult Conversations – Any education leader
  • SEND: Four areas of need – SENCOs, teachers, Early Career teachers interested in SEND
