Driven by my own experiences with early menopause, marked by struggles with weight gain, brain fog, insomnia, night sweats, and low-level depression, I have combined my skillset in mindset coaching, personal training, and nutrition to create a transformative 4-week programme for women at every stage of menopause: peri, post, or beyond.
