Teach For Qatar (TFQ) is a non-governmental organization working to tackle some of the challenges facing Qatar’s education system. By reinvesting talented individuals into government schools, TFQ equips them with the skills and knowledge needed to become transformational educators and leaders.

علِّم لأجل قطر" هي منظمة محلّية غير حكومية تسعى إلى إيجاد الحلول للتحديات التي تواجه الطلاب في قطر. وتعمل المنظمة على استقطاب الكفاءات المتميزة من الخريجين والمهنيين وإعادة توظيفهم في المدارس الحكومية، من خلال تزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة ليصبحوا قادة قادرين على إحداث تغيير إيجابي مستدام في المدرسة والمجتمع.

ومن خلال برنامج رحلة مسار القادة، توفر "علِّم لأجل قطر" تدريبًا مكثفًا وتجربة تدريس عملية، إلى جانب التطوير المهني المستمر، بهدف ضمان تحقيق المنتسبين أثرًا مستدامًا داخل الصف الدراسي وخارجه. وتحرص المنظمة على تعزيز الإرشاد والابتكار والمشاركة المجتمعية، وتلتزم بتمكين الجيل القادم من اكتساب الثقة، ومهارات القيادة، والعقلية اللازمة لإحداث التغيير والمساهمة في تقدّم دولة قطر.
