Governance360 is an affordable, simple-to-use board governance and risk system created by directors for directors. The platform is a combination of workflow tools for everyday use (board meetings, risk register management, declarations of interest management and more) alongside a comprehensive 10-module CPD-accredited Board Academy with simplicity at its core. Our focus is small and medium-sized entities with clients ranging from charities to national sporting bodies, business improvement districts, credit unions and more!

Each module in our CPD offering is a 30-minute focused portion of learning, designed to be easy to consume, outcomes easy to enact and in a language accessible to all. Specifically, those who may be new to board roles or the boardroom.

The Academy splits into two major sections (each with 5 modules). The "Director Readiness" set is specifically built for new and aspiring Board members, covering the onboarding process for new Board members, as well as leadership planning work to give simple, proof points to aspiring board members ahead of their promotion.

At the end of this course, new and aspiring Board members should have the confidence to tackle their daily responsibilities.

The second set, "Board Readiness" set helps existing boards improve their skills and impact on daily operations by giving greater awareness of what a 'good' board meeting should consist of. This course also includes a module on the Role of the Chair, focusing in on the skills of current Chairs and helping prepare those for the role in future. This course also covers Risk management basics, with tips and hints on how to develop a risk management culture in your organisation.
