Accredited Activities:

  • Fire Warden/Marshal Course

Who Should Attend:

Primary attendees (must be trained):

  • Designated Fire Wardens / Fire Marshals — those nominated to lead evacuations and carry out fire-safety checks.
  • Responsible persons, managers and supervisors who hold legal accountability for premises and emergency arrangements.
  • Facilities, estates, caretaking and maintenance staff who know building layouts, fire systems, and access routes.

Operational and front-line staff (strongly recommended):

  • Reception, security and switchboard staff who will be the first contact and may need to coordinate information with emergency services.
  • Team leaders, supervisors and shift leads so every shift has competent people on site.
  • Staff who use or store hazardous materials, or work in high‑risk areas (kitchens, workshops, warehouses).

Special groups to include:

  • People who will assist those with mobility or sensory impairments during evacuation.
  • Temporary workers, contractors and cleaning crews who may be on site outside normal hours.
  • Senior leaders and HR so that policies, training records and post‑incident support are aligned.
