Scotwork’s Advancing Negotiation Skills course gives you everything you need to be a successful negotiator. Pre-course we identify your areas of negotiating confidence with our Negotiating Profile Questionnaire. We can also assess your organisation’s negotiating culture, strengths and weaknesses with our Negotiating Skills Capability Survey.

During the course, our practical approach to skill building devotes 80% to live case-play exercises followed by unscripted video analysis feedback and coaching from our expert negotiation consultants. The remaining 20% covers insightful and inspiring tutorials.

Post-course our online embedding tools ensure you embed your learning through our AI-enhanced Preparation Tool, your Personal Development Plan, 8 interactive learning reinforcement modules and skills tips videos. You can also harness an understanding of your natural negotiating style and learn how to adapt to become a more versatile negotiator for even better results with our Behaviour Preferences Profiling.
