Who Should Attend:

The Passion Journey is designed for young adults aged 18–27, particularly university students, recent graduates, and young people seeking to develop greater self-awareness, understand their interests and personal strengths, and identify activities and fields that align with their passion.

The course is suitable for young people searching for training in passion discovery, personal development, self-awareness, strengths and interests assessment, university major selection, career planning, employability preparation, volunteering, and community engagement. Participants follow a practical framework consisting of four connected stages: discovering, developing, investing in, and sustaining passion.

Through educational content, assessments, practical tools, and interactive activities, the course helps participants to:

  • Develop a clearer understanding of their personal strengths, interests, and preferred activities.
  • Identify fields and activities that are more closely aligned with their passion.
  • Recognise and address psychological, behavioural, and mindset-related barriers to personal development.
  • Create goals and a life plan that are better aligned with their interests and abilities.
  • Apply their passion within education, employment, volunteering, and community participation.
  • Build sustainable practices that support the continued development and maintenance of their passion.
