Learners progress through a three-level pathway that grows with them throughout their careers: Level 1 Hospitality Foundation, Level 2 Advanced Hospitality, and Level 3 Leadership and Management.

How are the courses delivered? Classes run in person at the Greek Campus in downtown Cairo, twice a week in short cohorts, so learners can train while they work. Flexible instalment payment plans are available.

Deyafa Academy is powered by Everything Restaurants (ER), a regional F&B branding consultancy and talent acquisition firm operating across Egypt. The academy was founded by Engy Radwan, Founder and CEO of ER, who also teaches Restaurant Business Management at the AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business (Executive Education). Our instructors combine academic expertise with hands-on hospitality experience.
