I formally came to coaching 20 years ago as an experienced business executive and saw the impact this made. I invest heavily in my ongoing education to keep up-to-date and have considerable experience in coaching individuals, teams and organisations.

An alumnus of two top international business schools, IoD Director of the Year finalist 2 years running and the 1^st person in the world accredited in a specialist area of personality psychology which I use to create lasting positive change.

I work particularly well at executive level and have a firm belief that everyone has unfathomed potential, which I love to unleash.
