Description:

ACT Counselling (and CBT) Services Ltd was founded by Andy Gray in 2005. ACT are a training provider in all aspects of Counselling and Psychotherapy and mainly specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. We offer a PG Dip Level Diploma in CBT and Groupwork (Level 11), COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills (Level 8), Certificate in Clinical Supervision, COSCA Validated (trans-theoretical) and up to 15 CPD events per year focusing on all the main Counselling traditions. The crossover in neuropsychology is becoming an increasingly integrated aspect of ACT’s CPD events.

The ACT Team are extremely knowledgeable in the areas outlined above and all trainers are experienced practitioners. Our training events are well structured, fun, informal with a large amount of knowledge to be gained and applied in practice.

  • Introduction to the Theory and Practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Trauma Level 2 (Skilled)

ACT’s CPD events are relevant to Healthcare Professionals from the fields of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychology.

The events aim to add to the Practitioner’s knowledge, provide an opportunity to learn from each other, network and learn more about evidence-based interventions.
