ADHD Girls is a social impact company that works to a dual mission, to empower neurodivergent women to thrive through science-backed, soul-led education and improve neurodiversity understanding through an intersectional lens.

We train organisations and mental health professionals in neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, and mental health through keynotes, masterclasses, and programmes, rooted in science, enriched by lived experience, and seen through an intersectional lens. We also deliver community talks and events that build self-understanding, confidence, and resilience.
