Adrian is a personal performance and business coach and vet with 25 years’ experience in the veterinary profession.
Inspired by veterinary people, he founded the Emerge Veterinary project in 2018 to help support personal development, career diversity and improve the mental health and wellbeing of veterinary professionals, regardless of their role in the profession.
He has a varied background, having spent 6 years in small animal practice followed by a fourteen-year career at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a Colgate Palmolive company where most recently he was Customer Development Director - Vet Channel.
EMERGE Veterinary helps all veterinary professionals redefine how they feel about their work, no matter what their job or wherever they work. Emerge acts as a catalyst for change, making a positive impact on the mental health, wellbeing and personal development of the veterinary community.
