The Common Purpose Programme for senior leaders is open to participants in Hong Kong, India, Ireland and the UK. The programme is for senior, local leaders who want, or need, to:

  • lead diverse teams and workforces through difficult situations

Meridian is for leaders operating at a senior level, where they have to deliver complex change with ever more diverse stakeholders – both in their organization and across their city.
