Consultant Connect
Consultant Connect is a telemedicine provider that has been transforming patient care in the NHS since 2015. Our services are used by over half the NHS in England, Scotland, and Wales, connecting clinicians with specialists for rapid Advice & Guidance (A&G). Consultant Connect is utilised by over 5,000 GP practices, 42 NHS areas, over 130 hospitals, and 9 ambulance services, covering more than 40 million patients.
Supported by the National Consultant Network, our Enhanced A&G service is IG-secure, and all activity is recorded for medico-legal purposes, including phone calls, messages, and photos.

Accredited Activities:
The app enables clinicians to speak with a hospital specialist in under 30 seconds. The conversation they have will result in two thirds of patients getting the care they need immediately through their GP while those patients who do have to go to hospital will be seen more efficiently by the right clinicians. The conversation will also result in CPD learning by the calling clinician. The specialists also learn as they advise – looking up information especially when cases are complex.
