Description:

Davis Learning Foundation was founded in 2003 and provides professional training in the “Gift of Dyslexia” Davis methods. Workshops range from one to four days’ duration.

Our workshops are particularly helpful for supporting learners who do not respond to conventional teaching methods. Training focuses on: mind management tools during learning; multisensory visual-spatial techniques that bring words and their meaning together in a single, permanent learning experience; and visual-sequential techniques that enhance acuity in reading and spelling.

Some of our workshops support one-to-one intervention for individuals aged 8 upwards. Others provide reading strategies for whole-class teaching in KS1 and early KS2.
