Low Carb Nutrition & Metabolic Health Diploma: This is a 6-month course which can be completed in 6 to 9 months from the date of enrollment in a self-paced manner. The course is usually updated every 2 years where additional content is added. This covers the application of therapeutic carbohydrate reduction to manage metabolic disorders like diabetes, obesity, PCOS, hypertension, and insulin resistance.

Low Carb Nutrition Certificate – PCOS & Obesity: This is a 12-week course which can be completed in 12 to 20 weeks in a self-paced manner. This covers the application of therapeutic carbohydrate reduction to manage metabolic disorders like obesity, PCOS, and insulin resistance.

Low Carb Nutrition Certificate – CardioDiabesity: This is a 12-week course which can be completed in 12 to 20 weeks in a self-paced manner. This covers the application of therapeutic carbohydrate reduction to manage metabolic disorders like obesity, diabetes hypertension and insulin resistance.
