An Introduction to Criminology is presented by Emeritus Professor David Wilson – one of the UK’s leading criminologists. Professor Wilson has more than 30 years' experience of working within the Criminal Justice System (as a prison governor) and as an academic. He is well-known for his academic work (with an extensive list of peer-reviewed journal articles) and is the author of more than 25 books. He frequently appears in the print and broadcast media as a commentator and presenter. In 2012, David was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship and more recently, his documentary “Interview with a Murderer” won a National Television Award.
