Our programmes give teachers practical, classroom-ready skills from day one. We currently offer three professional development courses. Ready to Teach prepares primary school teachers with lesson planning, classroom readiness, assessment and differentiation skills. Stepping into Leadership supports teachers moving into school leadership roles with the practical tools to lead effectively in a school context. Phonics Development is designed specifically for EYFS and KS1 teachers who want to strengthen early reading instruction in their classrooms.

Marwa Elmeligy: Marwa Elmeligy is an education leader, trainer and British curriculum specialist with over 21 years of experience leading and building international schools across Egypt. She holds a Master in Educational Leadership and Management from The Open University, London, and is currently completing Training of Trainers and Academic Management diplomas at Notting Hill College. Marwa designs and delivers professional development programmes for teachers and school leaders, and provides academic consultancy to international schools. She is the co-founder of Edugitics for Educational Services and the Managing Director of Brighton British School in Cairo. In 2026, she was selected by the British Council to present at the UK Study Tour Conference in London. Marwa is committed to raising the quality of education and teacher development across the MENA region.
