Equanima is a science-based emotional intelligence organisation dedicated to making the skills of emotional well-being practical, measurable, and accessible. We combine psychology, neuroscience, and technology to help individuals and professionals move beyond surface-level awareness to achieve profound emotional clarity. Our entire ecosystem is built around our proprietary methodology, the 'Equanima Awareness System (EAS)', a trauma-informed, evidence-based framework for deconstructing emotional experiences.

We deliver the EAS through an integrated suite of tools, including an AI-powered digital app, physical toolkits for in-person work, and professional training via our Equanima Academy.
