Evolutio Consulting provides AI training workshops and coaching designed to enhance AI literacy and proficiency for professionals across industries.
We support professionals to build foundational knowledge about AI, learn practical AI skills to enhance their productivity, creativity, and insights, and attain the confidence and resources to continue their own AI learning journeys.
Our team believes in a "people-first approach" and that AI adoption is about much more than just the technology, it's about people and teams. We therefore also strive to help participants overcome fears and misunderstandings about AI and support them in gradually moving up the AI adoption ladder.
Each of our workshops is tailored to the specific needs and context of the teams and organisations we work with. There are no technical prerequisites (e.g., coding experience) for participation, making them accessible to all professionals.
We also offer follow-up coaching and mentoring. As with all new skills, learning to work with AI technologies is not a one-and-done deal. From our experience, at least 10 to 15 hours of practice is required post-training for users to become fully adept with AI technologies. Learners may have specific questions or challenges when it comes to using AI for their tasks or integrating it into workflows. To help new users overcome the learning curve, we offer 1:1 or small-group AI coaching in the form of drop-in office hours.
