The Faculty of Nursing is one of 9 Faculties of the University operating under the Supreme Council of Universities for the Private sector and one of five private-sector faculties and members of the nursing sector council of a total of 31 Faculties of Nursing. The Faculty,  founded in 2009, provides a bachelor Degree of Science in Nursing -BScN – to students after completion of 8 semesters covering Medical Surgical Nursing, Pediatric, Maternity community health nursing mental health nursing and Management in Nursing,as well as provision of training courses to graduates of Nursing working in the service in different specialties. The Faculty is academically responsible for the provision of Technical diploma of The Technical Nursing Institute of Nursing.

The Faculty is accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education -NAQAAE the first faculty accredited of the private Universities. The Faculty has issued a scientific Journal, Egyptian Journal of Nursing and Health Sciences EJNHS http//ejnhs.journals.ekb.eg the journal is published and open access on the Egyptian knowledge bank. The journal is the first scientific journal issued by the private sector faculties.
