Genius Within is the lead provider in the UK supporting neurominorities through training, coaching and assessments, with technical knowledge of neurodiversity.

Established in 2011 and working extensively within public and private sectors. We also support neurominorities not in work, studying, unemployed or in the criminal justice system. Our working model and organisational systems are built on evidence-based research and practice.

We have led our field in the development of adjustment advice, writing for the Advisory, Conciliatory and Arbitration Service (ACAS) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), as neurodiversity experts.
