HG College has been providing cost-effective mental health and psychotherapy training for over 20 years – introducing many new insights into the field. Our highly experienced tutors provide practical, evidence-based training on a broad range of subjects in clear, jargon-free language so that they are easily accessible. Informed by neuroscience, we focus on giving you the essential information and therapeutic skills you need to help people overcome emotional distress, trauma, addiction, behavioural problems and more as quickly and effectively as possible, and enabling you to tailor interventions to each individual. Our courses cover a wide range of subjects and skills related to mental health, wellbeing and psychotherapy – many are delivered online, the remainder are in person and held in venues around the UK. We also offer a Diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy.
