Islamabad Institute of Sonography (IIS) was founded by Dr Arifah Jamil in 2014 with a vision to impart education and train students to acquire the art of Diagnostic Sonography. For the last many years, IIS has made a very positive impact on the professional careers of many healthcare providers. Since its inception, the institute has grown by leaps and bounds, expanding the applications from the specialities of  Ultrasound, Aesthetic Dermatology and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. IIS has a devoted and experienced faculty who encourage and instigate each student to bring out the best in them. We are committed to equipping students with hands-on skills in the latest technologies and equipment leading them to become expert professionals. All the courses are an amalgamation of audio-visual lectures, practical patient demonstrations with hands-on training on patients, case studies and live image assessments.
