Description:
Jenesis Training provides professional Havening Techniques® certification and advanced psychosensory and somatic training for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers and other practitioners who want to deepen the way they work with trauma, nervous system activation, emotional patterns and body-held responses.
Our practitioner training of Havening Techniques® combines neuroscience-informed learning with live demonstration, practical application, supervised practice and ongoing integration. Training is designed to help practitioners move beyond simply learning another technique, developing the discernment to recognise what is happening for a client, select an appropriate approach and assess whether meaningful change has occurred.
Why train in Havening Techniques®?
Havening is a psychosensory approach using touch, attention and distraction within structured protocols. Practitioner training provides additional ways to work with regulation, resilience and learned threat responses, particularly where insight and understanding alone have not changed a client's emotional or physical reaction.
Who is the training for?
Jentle training is designed for therapists, counsellors, coaches, health and wellbeing professionals, bodyworkers and practitioners working in trauma-informed and psychosensory fields.
Training is available live online and in person, with an emphasis on ethical practice, practical experience and developing skills that practitioners can integrate responsibly into their existing professional work.
