Working with business owners, I help them to structure their business for success. For some it is increase in profit, to others its geographic scale, others an exit plan, or more clients etc. But we shall take a deeper look and do what is best for you.
Having agreed on the destination, we then diagnose where we are starting from (the current state), agree on a roadmap from one to the other, what priorities we will focus on and how we will measure success (KPIs).
Working with leaders and potential leaders, I help them be more effective and climb the ladder of success.
With teams, I help them to become cohesive, manage conflict, and become more efficient and productive.
The training and coaching help is industry-agnostic; having worked in a range of industries and roles across 42 countries, and because of my legal background, the sweet spot is, of course, law firm owners and law firms.
