Description:

LUR Growth (Strategic Growth Innovators, LLC) specializes in CPD-accredited training and strategic advisory services for nonprofit leaders, executive directors, foundation program officers, and board members seeking to build sustainable, high-performing organizations.

Our professional development courses and workshops help nonprofit professionals answer the questions that keep leaders up at night: How do we prevent our best people from burning out while still delivering mission impact? How do we build the internal infrastructure to grow without chaos? How do we lead strategically when resources are thin and demands are high?

Whether you are an executive director navigating a capacity crisis, a program officer looking to strengthen the nonprofits in your portfolio, or a board member seeking governance clarity, LUR Growth provides the frameworks, tools, and training that translate directly into organizational results.

Our flagship training, Capacity Without Collapse, is designed for nonprofit leaders who need practical, implementable strategies to build what we call Calm Infrastructure: the systems, structures, and leadership practices that enable organizations to grow without grinding their people down. This workshop is CPD-accredited and has been delivered to regional and national nonprofit audiences.

LUR Growth is led by Latoya Robinson, M.S., The Nonprofit Thrive Architect, whose advisory work has supported organizations navigating everything from board restructuring to AI integration. LUR Growth is also the advisory layer behind CapacityFlow, a nonprofit capacity intelligence platform built on the proprietary Impact Flow framework.

LATOYA ROBINSON, M.S.

I am a nonprofit strategist, capacity-building specialist, and CPD-accredited trainer with over 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations build the internal infrastructure they need to grow without burning out their people or their purpose.

As the founder of LUR Growth (Strategic Growth Innovators, LLC) and co-founder of the Nonprofit Thrive Alliance alongside Dr. Melvin Scales, my work sits at the intersection of organizational strategy, leadership development, and systems design. I work primarily with executive directors, foundation program officers, and nonprofit boards who are ready to move from reactive crisis management to proactive, sustainable growth. My advisory practice is anchored in three service pillars: Crisis-to-Stability, Strategic Impact Execution, and Regenerative Nonprofit Leadership, each designed to meet organizations where they are at their point of need and move them toward lasting organizational health.

My career spans direct leadership roles across the nonprofit sector, including executive engagements with Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods, the Art Therapy Credentials Board, SAVED Health Inc., and SAVED Foundation, Inc. In these roles, I have led strategic planning processes, managed credentialing programs for over 6,000 professionals, built clinical care teams serving underserved communities, and improved operational efficiency by 25% through systems redesign. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Voorhees College and a Master of Science in Counseling from Capella University.

I am the creator of the Impact Flow framework and the Calm Infrastructure methodology, which form the foundation of my training and advisory work. These frameworks give nonprofit leaders practical tools to assess capacity, strengthen operations, and lead with greater clarity and intention. I also bring a deep fluency in emerging technology, having developed and implemented AI-powered operating systems for nonprofit organizations, and I am committed to helping the sector adopt these tools strategically and responsibly.

My CPD-accredited training programs include AI Integration for Nonprofit Leaders and Capacity Without Collapse, both designed to meet nonprofit professionals where they are and equip them with strategies they can implement immediately. I have delivered workshops and training for regional and national nonprofit audiences and bring the same rigor and practicality to every room I am in.

I also serve as the founder of CapacityFlow, a SaaS platform that provides nonprofits with real-time organizational intelligence built on the Impact Flow framework, giving leaders the data they need to make smarter capacity decisions at every stage of growth.
