Mayah’s Legacy is an advocacy charity. We're building confidence rooted in empathy. Our SisterZ Advocate training is a community-based training programme designed to equip women, practitioners, and frontline staff with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to advocate safely and effectively for themselves and others.

The programme develops essential skills in ethical practice, mental health awareness, emotional intelligence, informed consent, confidentiality, effective communication, and professional boundaries, enabling participants to provide person-centred support while promoting self-advocacy and informed decision-making.
