Description:

MCTC (UK) – Habit Coaching for Personal Discipline, Resilience & Lifelong Growth

MCTC (UK) delivers structured Habit Coaching programmes designed to support individuals in building sustainable discipline, resilience, and purposeful living. This programme is led by Sunil, a dedicated Habit Coach at MCTC (UK) with over 20 years of professional experience in the United Kingdom and more than three decades of leadership and community development work internationally.

Sunil specialises in coaching senior citizens and individuals facing personal, social, or professional challenges. His approach integrates behavioural restructuring, goal alignment, and practical accountability systems to help clients regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and establish empowering daily routines.

With a background spanning social services, education, organisational leadership, and NGO development across India and the UK, Sunil brings deep insight into working with diverse communities, including vulnerable groups and marginalised populations. His experience includes establishing community initiatives, empowering indigenous communities, coordinating NGO forums, supporting career progression, and delivering mentoring and coaching interventions.

Having lived and worked in the UK since 2008, and with extensive involvement in social work, care work, and volunteer sectors, he understands the behavioural, emotional, and structural barriers that often affect senior citizens and challenged individuals.

The Habit Coaching programme focuses on:

  • Rebuilding daily structure and routine
  • Strengthening mental discipline and emotional resilience
  • Overcoming procrastination and self-doubt
  • Establishing SMART goal systems
  • Creating measurable behavioural change
  • Supporting healthy ageing through structured habits

Sunil’s coaching philosophy is rooted in intentional action: “Nothing happens by itself; we must make things happen.” This principle guides participants to align intention with consistent behaviour, ensuring that transformation is practical, sustainable, and measurable.

Through empathetic listening, structured mentoring, and disciplined follow-through , participants are supported to move beyond comfort zones and transition to their next level of personal and professional growth.
