Nvision Learning and Development specializes in leveraging Neuroscience for designing and delivering superior L&D solutions to clients. While our approach is multidisciplinary, the foundations are underpinned in Neuroscience. Our solutions include Leadership & Managerial Development, Change Management, Team Building, One–on-One & Group Coaching and many other areas of Talent and Organizational Development.

Founded in 2009, the team comprises senior, highly competent and experienced facilitators with expertise in the design and delivery of brain–based learning solutions and Coaching. While our solutions are mostly industry agnostic, we have worked with clients from the private sector which includes manufacturing, retail, IT & ITes, renewable energy, power & infrastructure, pharma, banking and FMCG sectors. Our clients from the Government or Public Sector include oil & gas, Special Agencies and manufacturing plants.

We have run a year-long Sales and Managerial Development program for a telecom client in Afghanistan, a Leadership Development program for a  government department in Bhutan and a medical equipment major in Sri Lanka.
