 	<li>Stakeholder Engagement: To provide all MSLs with the knowledge, skills and tools to be effective in role.</li>
 	<li>Functional Skills: To provide established MSLs with an understanding of additional skills and responsibilities.</li>
 	<li>Management: To provide managers with an understanding of fundamental skills, with skills specific to the needs of managing MSLs and Medical teams in order to support and develop team members.</li>
