 	<li><strong>Functional Skills:</strong> To provide established MSLs with an understanding of additional skills and responsibilities.</li>
 	<li><strong>Management:</strong> To provide managers with an understanding of fundamental skills, with skills specific to the needs of managing MSLs and Medical teams in order to support and develop team members.</li>
