Description:
Playful Mind Project provides CPD-accredited facilitator training, workplace learning, and leadership development built around Purposeful and Attuned Play and the proprietary P.L.A.Y.!™ methodology.
Our programmes help experienced facilitators, consultants, trainers, HR professionals, and L&D and OD practitioners use Play deliberately to strengthen psychological safety, listening, attunement, collaboration, creativity, communication, and participation at work.
The Playful Minds Purposeful Play Facilitator Certification is designed for professionals who want to use experiential learning and Play in a way that feels practical, adult, and relevant to real workplace challenges. Participants learn how to create conditions where people contribute more openly, experiment with less fear, listen more closely, and practise behaviours that transfer back into everyday work.
Why use Purposeful Play in workplace learning? Because people behave differently when they are given the chance to explore, test, notice, and respond in real time. Play is not the reward for the real work. Used intentionally, it becomes part of the real work.
The certification is built around the P.L.A.Y!™ methodology: Psychological Safety, Listening, Attunement, Yes-And, and Celebration & Reinforcement. Together, these elements provide a practical framework for designing and facilitating learning experiences that build stronger human skills without relying on forced fun or generic team-building activities.
Playful Mind Project also delivers keynotes, workshops, offsites, and consulting focused on leadership, communication, psychological safety, change, critical thinking, and workplace culture.
Rona Lewis is the founder of Playful Mind Project, a professional speaker, facilitator, consultant, author, and creator of the P.L.A.Y!™ methodology. She has worked with organisations and leaders across industries to make workplace learning more human, more engaging, and more useful.
