Real World Consultancy offers CPD-accredited strategic coaching qualifications for coaches, consultants and professionals who advise business owners. Our flagship Strategic Coaching Diploma (180 CPD hours) trains you in the Vision to Value Methodology®, a proven framework for helping business owners connect their personal ambition to their business strategy, then turn it into action.

Who our courses are for, and how they help

Our courses are for new and existing coaches, mentors, consultants and anyone who already supports business owners and wants to offer high-value, results-driven strategic coaching. You'll learn to move from simply running coaching sessions to becoming a trusted strategic partner, able to guide a business owner from where they are to where they want to be, prove the results, and charge properly for the value you add.

Learning is fully online, self-paced and practical from day one. You'll work through narrated lessons, activities and knowledge checks across 16 modules. You'll practise in our AI coaching simulator with 20 realistic business-owner personas and receive marked feedback, so you can build confidence safely before working with paying clients. Sam, your AI Coach Mentor, spots patterns in your learning between sessions, and you'll also have real human support: three one-to-one sessions with your own coach mentor, with every submission assessed by a person.

What is strategic coaching?

Strategic coaching combines coaching skills with business strategy. Rather than only exploring how a client feels, a strategic coach helps a business owner clarify their vision, make better decisions and build a plan they own and act on. It's one of the most in-demand and highest-value forms of business coaching.

How do I become a business coach in the UK?

Start with our free Foundations Certificate to see what the method involves, then take the Strategic Coaching Diploma to gain a CPD-accredited qualification and a Vision to Value® Practitioner licence. You can complete the Diploma in as little as 12 weeks, or take up to 12 months.

Will AI replace coaches?

We don't believe so, and our training is built around that view. We teach augmented coaching: the human coach leads the relationship and the judgement, while AI supports the work between sessions. Our learners practise with AI tools so they can use them confidently and ethically with their own clients.

I'm already a coach or consultant. Is this for me?

Yes. Many of our learners already advise business owners but find it hard to package and charge for their strategic input. The Diploma gives you a distinct, structured method that sets you apart in a crowded coaching market and supports higher-value work such as strategy days, retainers and programmes.

What do I get when I qualify?

You'll gain a Diploma-level, CPD-accredited qualification and your first year as a Registered Vision to Value® Practitioner, with full licence access to the methodology, which we keep up to date for you. You'll also join our Practitioner Community, be listed on our public register, and receive 12 months of Anchor, our AI growth platform for business owners.

Real World Consultancy was a coaching provider for eight years before becoming an accrediting body for the Vision to Value Methodology®. Our founder, Emma Fishlock, built the method through hands-on work with more than 1,700 business owners.
