Description:

Sidon Water provides advanced, chemical-free water-conditioning solutions for commercial and industrial environments, centred around the Integro™ technology. Developed to prevent and remove limescale, support improved water hygiene, and enhance energy efficiency, the system delivers robust and predictable performance without chemical dosing or salt-based softening.

Our approach supports facilities managers, estates teams, and compliance professionals by reducing maintenance burdens, lowering energy costs, extending asset life, and strengthening Legionella-control measures, all through a sustainable and low-intervention method.

What is the Integro™ water-conditioning system?
The Integro™ prevents hard limescale accumulation by altering ionic activity in the water, disrupting the conditions under which calcium carbonate typically adheres to surfaces. It achieves this without forcing bulk precipitation and without the use of sacrificial media.

How quickly does it work?
The Integro™ begins preventing new scale immediately upon installation. Existing deposits are typically reduced over a period of 1 to 3 months, depending on system condition and flow characteristics.

Does it improve energy performance?
Yes. By keeping heat-transfer surfaces free from scale, the Integro™ helps hot-water and heating systems operate more efficiently. Even small reductions in scale can produce measurable energy savings, with significant improvements observed in many installations.

Is it safe and compliant?
The Integro™ is WRAS-certified, providing assurance that it meets the relevant UK regulatory requirements for products in contact with wholesome water.

Is the system maintenance-heavy?
No. The Integro™ operates without routine maintenance, chemical replenishment, or adjustment. This supports reduced downtime, fewer service interventions, and lower long-term operational cost.

With more than three decades of water-treatment expertise, Sidon Water has refined the Integro™ through research collaboration, independent academic validation, and extensive real-world deployment. The technology is manufactured in the UK and supported globally by Sidon Water offices in the UK and USA, together with distribution partners across Europe.

We are recognised for our commitment to innovation and quality. The Integro™ system is WRAS-certified, KUK REG4-approved, UL-listed, and built to robust manufacturing standards. It is 100% Made in Britain.
