Steps Training was established in 2008 and offers in house training, perfect for organisations requiring bespoke In-House Training.
We also facilitate Open courses Ideal if you wish to send small numbers to meet specific training needs or to act as a ‘mop up’ for in house training sessions.
Our organisation is a Quality Award Centre for the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM) and operates to the ICM Code of Practice. The ICM is a key stakeholder working with the Health and Safety Executive and other organisations in setting standards for the prevention and management of aggression and conflict.
