Who Should Attend:

Catapult Leader Program is aimed at directors and above who are leading a business, business unit, or a team of people directly or indirectly. They will;

  • Gain insights into their strengths and effectiveness as a leader.
  • Identify opportunities for them to improve their leadership skills.
  • Practise making leadership decisions through a case study.
  • Create an action plan to put theory into practice.

Management Essentials Program is aimed at Managers with at least one direct report who have not had any management training or learners who are about to step into a management role. They will;

  • Discover best-in-class practices as a manager.
  • Apply techniques and frameworks to real-life situations.
  • Discover what they do well and areas for improvement.
  • Provide evidence that they can competently apply the techniques and frameworks.

Negotiation Skills is aimed at anyone who has not had any formal negotiation skills training and is negotiating regularly. They will;

  • Discover techniques in the stages of negotiations.
  • List the differences between a single-issue and a multi-issue negotiation.
  • Identify the different positions required when negotiating.
  • Practise the techniques in a role-play simulation.

Advanced Presentation Skills is aimed at anyone who is presenting regularly, has foundation platform skills and is looking to improve their ability to, in a compelling way, hold an audience’s attention. They will;

  • List the three elements of a presentation.
  • Discover their audience’s style and how to adapt their presentation to it.
  • Use a 4-step process to create a compelling presentation quickly.
  • Use advanced platform skills to bring their presentation to life.
  • Deliver their presentation and receive constructive feedback.

Genuine Sales is aimed at anyone who has not had any formal training and is selling on a regular basis (either internally or externally). They will;

  • Identify their own tribal type and clues that identify other’s tribal types.
  • List the five steps of the Genuine Sales process.
  • Use techniques and frameworks to move a prospect/client from contact to contract.
  • Complete a preparation tool for an upcoming sales conversation.
  • Create an action plan to become a more effective seller.
