‘L&D Up-Skill Yourself” is based in Suva, Fiji providing interactive training & individual coaching dissecting the topic “Effective Communication & Leadership” into simple tools & acquiring skills.

We provide a professional, social and safe learning environment where learners are engaged, impacted and transformed.

Founded in 2018 running intermittently until July 2022. It provides training to the Corporate sectors throughout Fiji, local communities and Women-development projects. We work with MBTI and OKA to add Personality and E.Q 2.0 assessments into the Leadership Communication trainings, teambuilding events and developmental programs.

We foster values of respect, accountability, empowerment and growth through applied adragogies.
