  • REGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION AND SUSTAINABILITY NETWORK MEETINGS
    Key stakeholders from primary, community, secondary care, associated local authority, healthcare and third sector organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients are invited to actively discuss and exchange ideas which focus on defined outcomes, to develop services for Accountable Care system models. Featuring a common agenda comprising NHSE updates, presentations and local STP table discussion, the regional meetings will encourage continuity, good practice and progress in commissioning STP workstreams.

 

  • REGIONAL DIABETES MELLITUS TRANSFORMATION AND SUSTAINABILITY NETWORK MEETINGS
    Key stakeholders from primary, community, secondary care, associated local authority, healthcare and third sector organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients with diabetes are invited to actively discuss and exchange ideas, to deliver services in a more integrated way. The regional meetings provide a platform for active discussion and exchange of ideas, addressing the opportunities to support local STP delivery.

 

 

  • REGIONAL DERMATOLOGY TRANSFORMATION AND SUSTAINABILITY NETWORK MEETINGS
    Key stakeholders from primary, community, secondary care, associated local authority, healthcare and third sector organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients with dermatological conditions are invited to actively discuss and exchange ideas, aligned to developing Accountable Care System models. The regional meetings will support the transformation and sustainability of high quality, outcomes focused and value for money services, supporting local STP delivery.

 

  • NEUROLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION MEETINGS
    Key stakeholders involved in neurological pathways are invited to review current service transformation in line with STP priorities. The regional meetings will focus on four key areas of Neurological conditions (Headaches, Epilepsy, MS and Parkinson), bringing commissioners, lead clinicians and frontline decision makers together to develop local strategy.

 

  • PATIENT SAFETY CONGRESS
    A two-day Congress bringing together policy makers, patient safety and quality improvement experts, pioneering frontline case studies and patient stories. The event is the essential national forum for those at the forefront of safety, quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
