YOU. was created in 2016 to provide Coaching for Leaders, Leadership and Team Development, and Personality Assessment across the globe. Since our creation, we have delivered professional development in person and virtually across Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
YOU. is led by Dyfrig Jenkins, who has spent over 20 years leading, designing, and facilitating management, leadership, and organisational development initiatives for small, medium, and large organisations with diverse needs and cultures.
Dyfrig’s career developed at Thomas Cook, Barclaycard, and the BGL Group, where he also partnered with Investors in People, the Centre for Creative Leadership, Ashridge and Visa Business Schools, and the Chartered Management Institute to deliver effective learning and leadership development solutions.
