Royal College of Pharmacy
This organisation was formerly the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. The RPS was founded in 1841 and historically acted as both a regulator and a professional body for pharmacists. Regulatory functions were transferred to the General Pharmaceutical Council in 2010, leaving RPS as the professional leadership body.

CPD Policy
The Royal College of Pharmacy supports pharmacists in meeting the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) revalidation requirements. The statutory requirements are set by the regulator rather than the College itself.
