Training is delivered by a Registered Nurse and Independent Social Care Consultant alongside a CIPD-qualified business management, learning and development and HR professional who is also a Step 2 qualified MBTI provider, mentor, and coach. Between us we bring over 75 years of combined experience within the healthcare industry. This ensures a comprehensive, practical, and informed approach to meeting essential standards. Our trainers draw on extensive first-hand experience, providing both strategic and operational insight to create learning environments that are engaging, relevant, and impactful.

Our “Adult Social Care Unzipped” programme is a comprehensive suite of courses covering all key aspects of Adult Social Care. Where a specific course is not available, we offer fully bespoke training tailored to your organisation’s needs.
