Aptimore is a leadership and management training programme, delivered through a smart online learning portal. It uses adaptive learning technology to deliver personalised online training adapted to each individual learner.
The smart technology within the system learns the personality, aptitude, preferences and experience of each learner. The system then maps the right feedback and development suggestions to the learners’ needs. Learners say it feels more like one-to-one coaching than e-learning.
Aptimore’s programme can be used as a standalone or in conjunction with face-to-face training sessions.

Aptimore’s personalised management and leadership development programme comprises 19 learning units, covering collaboration, emotional intelligence, management and leadership topics, including theoretical frameworks, case studies and personalised feedback and development suggestions within each topic area. Individuals receive a personal development report of their own progress which can be shared with their manager, trainer or mentor to support their personal development journey.
