Our Career Coaching session is designed to untap your key motivations and to discover whether these are currently being met in your current employment, looking at changes you could make to ensure you maximise your motivation at work. Perhaps you are currently unemployed or not clear what career route you should take. This session will give you insight into your key motivators so you can align these with career choices.

We are an accredited training company specialising in human resources training, personal development, business start-up, employability skills and coaching.

Learning to Teach – The Level 3 Award in Education and Training aims to create an awareness of the key principles and practice of teaching, training and learning, and to provide learners with the opportunity to develop appropriate training skills and classroom practice. It provides an introduction to teaching. It is suitable for learners 19 years or over. It can meet the needs of a range of trainee teachers, such as: Motivation Matters – Evaluating and improving your motivation for work and your career is a short course, a motivational map an assessment tool and access to an online coaching session. It will enable individuals to assess where they are in their careers, and why they may be lacking interest or motivation on the job. After receiving a detailed report, they can then set goals to improve their current situation. It is also useful for those new to work or school/college leavers who have not yet decided on a career route.
