Description:

The SENSA® Practitioner Programme is a 25-hour CPD-accredited neuro-inclusion programme designed for organisations that want to move beyond awareness and implement operational change.

This is not neurodiversity awareness training.
It is a structured implementation framework.

SENSA® equips internal practitioners with a repeatable model for embedding neuro-inclusive thinking into policies, processes, and day-to-day management practice. That includes recruitment, onboarding, performance systems, reasonable adjustments, and inclusive work design.

Many organisations seek neurodiversity training because employment tribunal cases relating to neurodivergence and workplace adjustments continue to rise. In most cases, issues do not arise from poor intent. They arise from inconsistency — unclear interpretation of policy, uneven management decisions, and uncertainty about responsibilities under UK employment law.

SENSA® reduces that variability.

The programme builds clarity, consistency, and defensible practice across the organisation. Participants develop structured tools to apply inclusion predictably rather than relying on individual manager confidence or goodwill.

Delivered across eight modules (25 hours of recognised CPD learning), SENSA® develops internal capability rather than dependency on external consultancy. It enables organisations to implement scalable, governance-aligned neuro-inclusion standards that hold under pressure.

This programme is particularly suited to HR and People leaders, L&D teams, DEI leads, senior managers, and organisations with 250+ employees seeking system-level inclusion rather than awareness activity.

Cognivance specialises in design-led neuro-inclusive workplace development, supporting UK organisations to embed structured, operationally robust approaches to inclusion.
